Since I first started working as a full-time Technology Recruiter in 1997, I’ve been associated with a number of successful businesses from smaller funded start up through to multi national corporations who expect and command quality and professionalism with their recruitment processes.  
After studying a Bachelor of Information Technology at QUT in the late 80's my point of difference has always been a genuine love of technology, passion for helping businesses grow through finding excellent candidates and showing dedication and commitment to the "bigger picture" of long term objectives of my clients.  
I am a generalist Technology Recruiter with strong experience in Executive Recruitment as well as complex cross-functional high technology and engineering recruitment  incorporating software, electronics, mechanical and embedded product development.  
I have an excellent track record and have established long lasting relationships with my individual  clients which covers decades.  These clients continue to use my services when they move throughout their own careers from company to company.  
To me, it's not just about charging a fee, it's about helping build great teams, companies and providing an ethical professional service to my Clients (Employers) and candidates alike. 
My home is in Brisbane Australia but my experience has seen me recruit in all states of Australia and Internationally, when my clients are ready to take their Technology products to the world stage.  
Working for myself has allowed me great success over the past 17 years and being able to structure services and solutions to your recruitment needs on a case by case basis, where I'm able to contribute in many ways that traditional recruitment agencies may not be able to.  
My services include traditional full cycle recruitment however I also have the flexibility to unbundle my services on a time and materials basis and hourly basis when clients need this flexibility.  
I enjoy working with new and returning customers, and am committed to providing each one with the best service possible. I am so proud of what I have achieved since starting Smart Technology Recruitment and look forward to working with my clients for many years to come.
